Vermillion

Vermillion, SD – Wynette Campbell, RN for Family Planning, Clinic and Hospital was selected as the Sanford Vermillion February 2012 PRIDE Employee of the Month. She has been employed here since 2009. Campbell was previously recognized as Sanford Vermillion Employee of the Month in September 2010.
 
"Wynette exemplifies everything positive about being a Sanford nurse. She is the role model nurse for our facility. She is always willing to help out anywhere and anytime. She will happily work your holiday, even if you have had that holiday off for the last 10 years – just so you can be with your children for that holiday again! If you are having the worst of days and Wynette steps into the scene – her smile just turns that 'bad' day into a good one. She is always looking for the positive in things.”

“Wynette is flexible with her own schedule, will come in early and stay late if need be. She asks to work during the busiest time of the day. I wish I could clone Wynette – she is just that great of an employee,” comments Connie Wegner, Clinic Nursing Supervisor, Sanford Clinic Vermillion.

Wynette (Heeren) Campbell is a native of rural Akron where she and her husband Brad reside. Wynette has many talents including massage therapy, cake decorating and gardening.
