Post Party May 12th ~ Healing Garden (Administration Entrance) 102 S Plum Street
5pm Victory Lap (walk/run a mile or two)
5pm - 5:45pm register for door prizes
5:45pm awards, door/grand prize drawings.
Great Strides participants (individuals, teams or families) attempt to meet activity goals in their chosen category (senior, recreational, intermediate, power pushers) over a six-week period of time.
Miles can be accumulated through any form of exercise (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Families earn points through various means of activity and healthy lifestyle choices. Individual, team and family tallies are reported weekly and published in the Vermillion Plain Talk. Weekly statistics are also posted and updated weekly on this page.
The goal of Great Strides is to encourage an increased activity level above and beyond your normal daily activity.
