Sanford Vermillion’s 18th annual Great Strides program (March 19 - April 29, 2012) encourages you to increase your daily activity. Set goals. Accumulate points by, having a team or doing it on your own.
Miles can be accumulated through any form of exercise (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Families earn points through various means of activity and healthy lifestyle choices. Individual, team and family statistics are updated weekly as well as published in The Equalizer.
